Q: Will the tripod support my heavier SLR camera?

A: The Octo’pod tripod is meant for Compact Digital Cameras, Cell phones and Video cameras. It might not support a very heavy camera, or anything over 325 grams.

Q: Is the product suitable for outdoor photography?

A: The Octo’pod tripod is suitable for photography in any kind of location, whether indoors or outdoors. It can be mounted to any surface ranging from a tree branch to a fence or to a table or chair in your homes.

Q: Am I able to use my screen underwater with this phone case?

A: Yes but realize that there is another layer of plastic between your finger and the device. This will result in far less dexterity and you may have to retry actions a few times to get it right.

Q: What guarantee do I have that my phone will not get damaged?

A: These soft phone cases are rated to keep water out in depths of up to 30 feet. That being said, we cannot stress enough to our clients about performing a test before putting any electronic device into the case. The test we suggest is inserting a tissue into the case and submerging it into water for 15 minutes. If after performing that test the client finds the tissue was wet, we will replace the case free of charge along with free shipping, once the client returns the faulty case back to us. It is also very important that customers not insert any electronic device into the case after the tissue paper test fails because we will not cover the damage of any electronic device.

Q:  What if my phone gets damaged after the waterproof test?

A:  Just as in scuba diving it is up to the swimmer to test all their gear before going into the water. Our cases should be considered part of that gear and treated with the same safety checks before each dive. The risk and responsibility is on the swimmer, we do not cover any damages made to electronic devices.
